Volunteer Sign-Ups!!

The volunteer online sign-ups begin tomorrow, Thursday August 21st at noon. 

Before then, you can preview the available slots at the website.

Please take a look again at the volunteer position descriptions and think about what you'd like to register for.  That word document is attached to this email. 

Families with one child in the program need to sign up for 4 slots. 

 Families with two children in the program need to sign up for 6 slots.  

If you have not signed up for all your slots prior to Sept 1st, your child may not be allowed to play football or cheer in games until the process is completed.

Also, please understand that there may be times we have to shift volunteers around to meet the needs of the program.  I'll do my best to accomodate specific requests, but may not be able to honor all such requests. 

Some additional notes:

-You are free to sign up for any day, time slot, etc. It does not have to be during one of your childs games. For example, if your daughter cheers for Red A, you may choose to volunteer for Red B games so you don't miss any of the action.  

-The booth positions (announcer, spotter, and scoreboard) all require some prior experience or training.  Please email me at adkgirl46@gmail.com if you'd like to volunteer for one of these positions.

-The video position will work directly with the coaches for each team to get some instruction for filming.  Please email me at adkgirl46@gmail.com if you'd like to volunteer for the video position 

If you volunteer for a playoff volunteer position, please know times and locations may be subject to change. . -The playoff schedules will not be determined until the end of the season 

PLEASE NOTE THE BELOW...

One more note regarding volunteering.  When you go to the site, please note there are two weeks where the Black teams schedule are different from the 'normal' games times.  I was unable to reflect this in the sign up sheet. 

- 9/14, the Black C squad is playing in Hilton, while the A and B teams are at home.  Black B game volunteer positions will be from 11:15 to 1:30 that day, and Black A game volunteer positions will be from 1:15 to 3:30

-on 9/20, the Black squads play a SATURDAY NIGHT game at Spencerport, so all monitor positions for that week will be at 3:30 (C), 5:30 (B), and 7:30 (A).
