We are still accepting registration forms for football and cheerleading.
If you are interested in registering your child for football or cheer,
Simply print off our registration form and send it in, along with the following...
A photo of your child. (It can be a school photo)
A copy of your child's birth certificate.
A copy of their most recent physical. (Must be dated after 8/1/13. If your child will be having their physical in the spring or summer, you can send it in once it is completed.)
A check to PYFC ($125.00 for cheer and $150.00 for football)
